The Beautiful Room was spacious and had all the amenities like air conditioning, a fridge, and a tv. Loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness! Plus, their spa facilities were on point with great massage options and beauty services. Breakfast options were good too, especially the crispy danggit!

St. Ellis offers a variety of event facilities, including conference space and meeting rooms, which are great for business purposes. The hotel is centrally located in Legazpi City, groceries, and restaurants within a 5 to 10-minute walk. The room I stayed in was spacious and reasonably comfortable, contributing to an overall productive stay.

The pool area needs maintenance and has limited seating.

The comfortable king-size bed made it easy to relax after a day of exploring nearby attractions like the Legaspi City Museum and Kalayaan Park. The A/C worked well, keeping the room cool during our stay. I also appreciated the location, which gave us easy access to shopping malls and grocery stores just a short walk away.

Excellent breakfast but air conditioning confusion

I really enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet, with a variety of tasty Filipino dishes. The rooms were spacious and came with a comfortable bed, but it took a while to figure out the complex air conditioning system. They also provided a free transfer from the hotel to the airport, a nice touch. I wish they had clearer instructions for using the in-room amenities.

I stayed in the Standard Twin Room for 4 nights. Initially, our room was okay, but the bed was super uncomfortable-hard mattress and we could hear the street noise clearly. Our last two days in a bigger room still didn't help much with comfort. Wish they could've worked on that. The view wasn't great, just the wall of the next building.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to Ayala Mall. The staff are genuinely compassionate and eager to assist. The breakfast offered various Filipino dishes, though the selection felt somewhat constrained. It was a pleasant surprise to receive complimentary spa vouchers during our stay.

St. Ellis offers great value for the money with an excellent location, just a short walk from the mall. The airport transfer was a nice touch, too. The kids really loved the outdoor pool, clean and had good shade. Breakfast was nice, but the selection was a bit limited.

The king-size bed was comfortable, great for a good night's sleep. The hotel is close to various shopping malls and grocery stores. The city view from our room added a nice touch to our overall experience.

Convenient location, center of new developments. Swimming pool, spa, and gym facilities. Helpful staff, except front desk. Good buffet breakfast and food. Lovely staff, comfy bed. Free popcorn & massage perks. Great base for Mayon Volcano visit. Good local restaurants nearby.
