This hotel in Legazpi exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail in the rooms with the king size bed and necessary amenities. The location was also ideal, being close to the airport in Albay Bicol area.

No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

We received two complementary drinks upon check-in and the Christmas decorations in the lobby were beautiful. the location was great, within walking distance to the mall and some hip restaurants. We also enjoyed the pool which was clean and well-kept.

The room had a single key for both power and the door which made it uncomfortable when returning to a warm room after being out. the view was a letdown with only a wall to look at.

The reservation hosts/hostesses at Hotel St. Ellis were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made the check-in process smooth and hassle-free, ensuring I felt valued as a guest. The location of the hotel is convenient, with plenty of amenities nearby. The breakfast provided was delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy different tastes. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The rooms were very tidy and clean. The housekeeping staff were great at making sure the place was spotless. The location of the hotel was very convenient, close to great restaurants and sightseeing spots. The staff were also very helpful and friendly in providing information on places to visit.

The Wi-Fi was not very strong, which made it difficult to stay connected. The elevators had a strange smell that was not very pleasant.

The large bed was incredibly cozy and provided a great night's sleep. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, and the quality of service was top-notch. our experience at this hotel was excellent and we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location, with easy access to all the main attractions and malls in the area. We didn't have to worry about transportation as everything was just a short distance away. The hotel provided good value for money, with affordable prices compared to other options in the area. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of the rooms, especially the king size bed and pillows. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. They were attentive to our needs and made sure we were comfortable. Basic amenities were also provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Breakfast, although not exceptional, was included in the room rate and offered a decent variety of options. We appreciated being able to start our day with a meal served right at the hotel.

This hotel is exceptional. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The location is perfect, right in the center of things in the 'new' Legazpi city. The staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast offers enough selections and is included in the price.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right near the center of the city and surrounded by an area with ongoing photoshoots. It's perfect if you want to be right in the middle of things in the 'new' city. the room was very clean and the bathroom was new and nice. the staff was outstanding and very helpful when we had any issues.

One minor issue was the intermittent Wi-Fi connection, but we had our own data plan so it wasn't a huge problem.
